Phil Apodaca brings 28 years of military service and experience as a retired law enforcement officer. He holds a master’s degree in leadership from the University of Oklahoma and a Strategic Marketing certificate from the USC Marshall School of Business. His background instills discipline, strategy, and a strong commitment to client success.

Leigh Apodaca is a 21-year licensed Realtor serving Southern California. With a background in business ownership and real estate investing, she offers deep market insight and a sharp understanding of client needs, whether buying, selling, or building a portfolio.

Phil and Leigh share a passion for coastal living. Since moving to San Clemente in 2009, they’ve embraced the lifestyle—spending time at the beach, enjoying sunset walks on the sand, paddle-boarding, and boating in Dana Point Harbor and the San Diego Bay.

Our Commercial Division is dedicated exclusively to commercial real estate, with expertise in commercial building sales, business sales, and leasing of commercial spaces.
